Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since we have delivered the product, application or software, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or change of code.

To be eligible for refund, please inform us about any developmental error within 30 days of delivery.

To complete your transaction, please get in touch with your account manager first to discuss the issue. We will try our level best to fix things up. If by any chance, we couldn’t fix the issue, we will be glad to offer you a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any application/software, developed by us, is not in its original state, code has been changed, or is damaged after delivery, will not be eligible for any refund. But we will surely fix it if we have a maintenance contract for the same.
